Richard Scott ~ Chief Executive Officer 

Known and respected within the homebuilding industry, Richard Scott is the Chief Executive Officer of HYLAND BAY. He has more than 25 years experience in new homes sales and marketing, and has worked as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for some of the Valley's most recognized homebuilders including Fulton Homes, Maracay Homes, Del Pueblo Homes, Great Western Homes, Cameron Luxury Homes and KB Homes. 

Richard holds both a Masters and Bachelors degree in education from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. He is a life member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and its Sales & Marketing Council, the Real Estate Educators Association, the High Achiever's Network and Toastmasters. He is also an Arizona licensed real estate broker.

Bette Finger ~ National Vice President of Sales and Marketing 

In her role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Bette manages the marketing and sales efforts throughout the country. Her specialty is identifying specific builder training requirements. As the Chief Operating Officer, the organization is complemented by her 10+ years of business ownership. Her background includes extensive experience in the area of model merchandizing, evaluation of exterior & interior model design, sales office design and layout. Along with a very dynamic team, the reputation of HYLAND BAY has been enhanced through the commitment to raise the bar in the level of service to the homebuilding industry. 

Other HYLAND BAY team members contribute experience in new home sales, construction, training, management, administration, temporary staffing and career placement services. Our trainers are respected in the industry and are committed to providing training that exceeds expectations. HYLAND BAY has over two decades of experience, and our reputation for excellence is unmatched. All are dedicated to delivering the best possible training, experience and results in the industry. 

Patricia Vitola ~ National Director of Temporary and Placement Services

Patricia graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. Her diverse background in the new home sales industry granted her the opportunity to work with one of the nations leading home builders. Patricia was nominated for the MAME’s "Administrator of the Year Award" 2 straight years. With her knowledge, positive attitude and "can do" work ethic, she really knows how to get things done. Patricia now brings her industry knowledge and expertise to Hyland Bay's Temporary and Placement Services. 

Jennifer West ~ Assistant Director of Temporary Services 

Jennifer is a positive and energetic force on our staff. She knows how to work under time sensitive pressure situations, while keeping her positive attitude. She strives to provide the BEST customer service possible at all times. She is committed to providing our client’s fast, quality service.
